This Privacy Policy explains what information STOKK collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We built STOKK to keep merchant data on the device first, and only sync what is needed to run your account.
1.Information we collect
We collect the minimum needed to provide the service:
- Account details: your name and email from Google Sign-In, business name and country.
- Business records you enter: sales, products, customers and debts, stored on your device and synced to your account.
- Device and usage data: app version, crash logs and basic diagnostics.
2.How we use your information
We use your information to operate STOKK, sync your data across devices, process subscription payments, provide support, and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business records for advertising.
3.Signing in with Google
STOKK uses Google Sign-In to create and secure your account. We receive your name and email address from Google, and we never see or store your Google password.
4.Payments
Subscription payments are processed by our payment partners (Paystack and Flutterwave). Your card details are handled by them and never stored on STOKK servers.
5.Data retention & deletion
Your records are retained while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.
6.Your rights
