These Terms of Service govern your use of the STOKK app and website. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1.Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to run the business you register.
2.Acceptable use
When using STOKK you agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful activity or fraud.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Resell or misrepresent the service.
3.Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in your local currency and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4.Your data
You own the business records you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, sync and process them so we can provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.Availability & liability
STOKK is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
