Terms of Service

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to run the business you register.

When using STOKK you agree not to:

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in your local currency and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You own the business records you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, sync and process them so we can provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

When you record your customers’ details in STOKK, such as their names, phone numbers and debts, you are responsible for having their permission to record them and to send them reminders, and for honouring their requests to see, correct or remove their details. STOKK processes that information only on your instructions, to provide the service.

You can delete your account at any time from the app, or by email if you no longer have the app. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel. STOKK is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
